Director, Sales


Primary Location: USA REMOTE

Duration: Full Time Permanent Role

Job Description:

  • Must have 15-18 Years of IT Sales/Business Development Experience.
  • Sales and sales management experience including software solution selling.
  • Experience in client direct prospecting and hands-on selling is a MUST
  • Ability to shape complex solutions deals and find effective solutions
  • Span of management capability from tactical issues through to strategy
  • Ability to create and deliver on a clear plan
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization, up to and including the “C” level
  • Hands-on management style and ability to deliver without an established infrastructure
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Education: College degree required. MBA or equivalent experience a plus
  • 10+ years’ experience selling marketing and/or customer service solutions including services and software, BPO selling a plus
  • Penetrate target accounts and gain access to appropriate decision-makers.
  • Identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations, strengths and strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies and proposals by using client and company knowledge to evaluate potential projects and accounts and also to reactivate previous clients.
  • Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote Hyper-Botz.
  • Contribute new ideas for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of RPA, AI/ML, Conversational AI; BPO and Contact Center experience a plus
