Position Description

The Director of Intelligent Automation works closely with the Sales and Delivery teams, designing and implementing automation strategies and solutions for Hyper-Botz clients across multiple industries and global locations.

He or she will report to the Global Practice Head of Intelligent Automation, and will play a critical role in driving the growth and delivering projects in North America through quality solutions in a fast changing global technological environment

Responsibilities

  • Managing client engagements / projects and delivering quality solutions for our global clients
  • Working with sales team to tailor automation solutions to client needs. Solutions may include different Intelligent Automation components, such as Process Mining, RPA, chatbots/conversational intelligence, Machine Learning, etc. Collaborate with Sales in the creation of presentations and proposals /responses to client RFPs and RFIs.
  • Partner with Hyper-Botz’ offsite delivery managers, advising in managing RPA projects, designing and leading or supporting Automation Centers of Excellence and Citizen Developer programs as needed.
  • Work with senior and mid-level client managers, leaders, and teams
  • Collaborate in the creation of project artifacts; templates for business and functional requirements, user acceptance, and procedures documentation.
  • Collaborate in global programs, proposals or projects with sales and delivery teams, as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years working in the financial services industry in Technology and/or Operations. Experience working in Health Sciences, Healthcare, BFSI. Experience in Manufacturing, Retail and other industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing RPA projects with products such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and UiPath. Certification with at least one of these products is required.
  • End-to-end RPA experience, including process mining, discovery, business analysis, documentation, development, testing/quality assurance, implementation and post implementation is required.
  • Experience working on business transformation and/or process automation projects or programs is preferred.
  • Experience with RPA governance, including Center of Excellence and Citizen Developer Programs is preferred.
  • Experience working in large IT services and/or consulting is preferred. Structured thinking and consulting mindset is a must.
  • Ability to do a robust planning and proactive communication, client-centric, sense of ownership, can-do attitude, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity and drive improvements.
  • Experience, certification or training in process or task mining such as Celonis, Signavio and UiPath Gold is a plus.
  • Experience, certification or training in low-code no-code platforms such as Boomi, Appian, Aheyu, Redwood, Unqork is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and plan / prioritize accordingly.
  • Global experience, including working experience with global teams and/or locations is preferred. Multi-language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations in Financial Services and/or Health sector.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning/AI, Conversational Intelligence/chatbots OCR/unstructured data tools.
